- Incidents in progress. If money has been taken or an account has been compromised, contact your bank first, then report through the appropriate Australian body — Scamwatch for scams, the Australian Cyber Security Centre for cybercrime, the eSafety Commissioner for online abuse. Email to this address will not reach anyone able to intervene.
- Individual security advice. No assessment of your device, network or accounts can be made by email, and none is offered. The scams and reporting page covers the general steps.
- Link exchanges, guest posts and advertising. The site carries no third-party advertising and does not publish contributed articles.
A note on what happens to your email
Messages sent to this address are read by MP DOBRA s.r.o. and kept only while needed to deal with the matter raised, then deleted. Nothing is added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and nothing is passed to any vendor. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive details — they are not needed for anything this address handles.
